In the first 5 months 853 new private limited companies were registered, which is 15,7% increase compared with the same period in 2012.

In May 2013, there were 105 corporate insolvencies. Largest number of insolvencies was in construction. In the first 5 months of 2013, there were 459 corporate insolvencies, which is about 12% decrease compared with the same period in 2012.
