The total turnover of enterprises in activities that are subject to VAT amounted to 583 billion ISK in the period of May-June 2014, which is an increase of 5% compared to the same period of 2013. The biggest increase over the last 12 months has been in Mining and quarrying, about 15,9% increase. Also there´s an increase in Accommodation and food service and in Construction, compared to the prior 12 months
