The total turnover of enterprises in activities that are subject to VAT amounted to 686 billion ISK in the period of November-December 2015, which is an increase of 7% compared to the same period in 2014. The total turnover was 9% higher in 2015 than in 2014, the biggest increase being in Construction and quarrying (20%) and in the category Administrative and support service activities (20%) which includes car rental.
