According to preliminary figures for January 2014 the value of exported goods amounted to nearly ISK 48,300 million fob and the value of imported goods amounted to ISK 40,900 million fob. Thus, there was a trade surplus of ISK 7,300 million in January 2014, according to the preliminary figures, calculated on fob value.
