According to preliminary figures for April 2011 the value of exported goods amounted to ISK 43,600 million fob and the value of imported goods amounted to almost ISK 36,000 million fob. Thus, there was a trade surplus of ISK 7,600 million in April 2011, according to the preliminary figures, calculated on fob value.
