According to preliminary figures for February 2008 the value of exported goods amounted to nearly ISK 19,500 million fob and the value of imported goods amounted to ISK 32,000 million fob. Thus there was a trade deficit of ISK 12,500 million in February 2008, according to the preliminary figures, calculated on fob value.
