The Building Cost Index compiled in the middle of November 2004 stood at 304.8 points (June 1987=100) and is 0.30 per cent higher than in the previous month. The index applies to december. Comparable Index older base (December 1982=100) is 975 points.

In the last twelve months the BCI has risen by 6.1 per cent.
