The Building Cost Index compiled in the middle of November 2005 stood at 316.6 points (June 1987=100) and is 0.09% unchanged from the previous month. The index applies to December.

In the last twelve months the BCI has risen by 3,9%.

In 2005 the Building Cost Index was on average 5.3% higher than in 2004.
