The Building Cost Index compiled in the middle of August 2004 stood at 302.1 points (June 1987=100) and is 0.13 per cent higher than in the previous month. The index applies to September. Comparable Index older base (December 1982=100) is 966 points.
In the last twelve months the BCI has risen by 5.7 per cent.
