Statistics Iceland releases now a new issue of Statistical Series. This issue presents the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 4th quarter of 2007. In real terms the GDP grew by 4.6% from the same quarter of the previous year. Total domestic expenditure decreased by almost 6% in real terms. Exports increased by 24%, including aircraft the growth was over 46%, and imports increased by almost 4% during the period. Seasonally adjusted series shows a 0.3% growth in GDP in the 4th quarter of 2007 after a 1.3% growth in the 3rd quarter.
