The building cost index in February 2026 is 128.1 points (December 2021=100), increases by 1.0% from the previous month. The price of imported materials increased by 0.3%, the price of domestic materials by 0.3% and of labour costs by 2.3%. Moreover, cost of machinery, transport and energy consumption increased by 0.4%.
