The building cost index in January 2026 is 126.8 points (December 2021=100), increases by 0.2% from the previous month. The price of imported materials decreased by 0.4%, but the price of domestic materials increased by 0.6%. Cost of machinery, transport and energy consumption increased by 0.6%.
