Prices of petrol and diesel oil fell by 3.5% (effect on the CPI -0.23%). Owner occupied housing cost rose by 0.6% (0.10%), thereof the effect of higher market prices of housing was 0.02% and of higher real interest rates 0.08%.  
The CPI in November 2006 is 7.3% higher than in November 2005 while the CPI less housing cost is 5.8% higher than one year ago. The CPI rose by 0.8% over the last three months equivalent to an annual inflation rate of 3.2% (CPI less housing cost 2.2%). 
      
The credit terms index in December 2006 is 266.1 points. The old credit terms index is 5.254 points in December 2006.
