          In 2008, goods were exported from Iceland for 466,900 million ISK fob and imported into Iceland for 473,500 million ISK fob, 514,700 million ISK cif. Thus there was a trade deficit of 6,700 million ISK, calculated on fob value, compared with 92,100 million ISK deficit in 2007. Exports values increased by 53.0% at current prices while imports increased by 19.9%.
